Privacy

The Producers is a budget-generation tool for commercial film producers, operated by NOT NORMAL. If you have a question about anything on this page, email hello@nosaintssociety.xyz.

When you sign in and use The Producers, we collect:

• Account data from Clerk — email, display name, avatar. We don't store your password; Clerk handles authentication.
• Project data you create — production parameters, subline edits, custom lines, saved versions, bid letters.
• Uploaded files — scripts and briefs you upload to help the parser pre-fill the interview. Stored privately in a per-producer folder.
• Usage telemetry — which LLM tasks ran for each project, their token counts, and cost. We use this to show your spend on the costs page and to debug our own pricing.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train anyone's models.

• Supabase hosts your project records, rate preferences, version snapshots, and uploaded files. Row-Level Security ensures you can only read and write your own data.
• Clerk handles sign-in, session tokens, and profile basics.
• Anthropic receives the prompts we send when you generate a bid letter, ask a chat question, run a sanity check, or parse a document. Anthropic processes those prompts under its enterprise terms and does not use them to train its models.
• Vercel hosts the app itself. Standard access logs (IP, timestamp, route) may be retained short-term for security and error tracing.

When you generate a bid letter, ask the chat a question, or parse a script, the relevant data — your project inputs, extracted document text, or recent chat turns — is sent to Anthropic. We store the model's response alongside your project so we can show it to you later without re-billing.

You can delete a project at any time from the dashboard; that cascade-deletes its associated LLM cache and chat history.

• Delete a project: from the dashboard, right-click → Delete. Removes the project, its versions, uploaded files, LLM cache, and chat thread.
• Reset "My rates": Settings → My Rates → Reset (per-market or globally). Clears your personalized per-role rate history.
• Export: any project can be exported as native xlsx. Requires your credentials; nothing leaves our infrastructure except via your browser download.
• Close your account: email us and we'll remove all data tied to your Clerk user id. Manual process for now while we build a one-click flow.

We use a small set of cookies for session management (Clerk) and theme preference (dark / light). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

If we change this policy in a material way we'll update the date at the top and, for account holders, notify you in-app before the change takes effect.
